This is the third journal in the series that I created for Health and Wellness. It centers around Insomnia and sleep related issues. It includes tips for coping with them! I have posted several posts on my journey with Crohn’s disease, but I also have sleep issues as a result of that Crohn’s Disease. Many people with IBD (Crohn’s or Colitis) as well as those effect by Chronic pain also suffer from Insomnia. This was the inspiration for the third journal!
