Story Time: Making It In The Top 100 List
As a small publishing company, I was blown away when my book hit number 37 on the Amazon top charts for Best Sellers in Children’s Beginner Readers Books. Being in the top 100 was a really exciting feat. When I launched the book, I did a very soft launch. I announced it to my email listing, didn’t advertise, and then put it up for a free/discounted promotion period.
It moved up Amazon’s Children’s Beginner Readers Books list to number 35 for a little while. However, the overall Amazon best sellers rank for the Purple Cat Candy Parade is currently sitting at 15,013.

Stay tuned for the upcoming purple cat series of books (Prim and Friends Purple Cat Adventures) to drop on Amazon in the coming months. I wrote this series during the summer of 2021 and have since returned to them to edit, polish, and publish the books. I am hoping to make this series available in both ebook and paperback.
This series is about an adorable purple cat named Prim and her best friend—a sparkling dust bunny. It follows them as they go on various adventures finding pets, to the berry patch, counting, learning colors, and so much more.
The primary learning focus of this easy reader series is to teach children common vocabulary and sight words in a fun way! Each book in the series takes on a different word theme. The Purple Cat Candy Parade tackles counting and reading numbers 1-10 in word form.
