We have another BIG DIY project for you all this week. Our spotlight DIY project is to create a Toilet Paper Roll Class! To do this you need a bunch of empty toilet paper rolls saved back! We are always putting ours back for crafts so we had quite a few for this project. I’ll break this project down into steps for you!

1. Gather your supplies!

Be sure to gather all of your supplies up! This is one step that the kiddos can help you with. Have them start saving their toilet paper rolls!

Supplies:

2. Draw Animals on the toilet paper rolls

Have everyone draw their animal faces onto the toilet paper rolls. The less twists, turns, and jagged edges the easier it is to cut out later. After your draw the head you can draw legs and bodies. the body should go all the way around the toilet paper roll. If you want to make it one smooth line for the body you can. The drawing step is great for the kiddos to do!

3. Cut out JUST the tops!

This last step is for the adults because curved cardboard is really hard to cut for the little kids! You cut out the top most line of the toilet paper roll only! this will be the top of the head, ears, shoulders and then all the way around for the body! When the bottom half of the toilet paper roll is intact then the “class” stands up well!

Thanks for stopping by today to check out our DIY. Last Weeks DIY project was a NO sew Octopus Pod (you can find it here)
