Apples to Apples!

Today I’m going to give another preschool update! I know it hasn’t quite been a week since our last one but this bit was just too good to hold back! My daughter made apples out of a paper plate during school last week and she just got to bring it home before the weekend began.

She was so excited about this project that she actually went and gathered up the supplies they had used in school and decided that she was going to teach me the apple lesson! It was so cute! She set up her supplies on the floor. Poked holes in the plates for the worms to go through herself, and even cut out the worms and leaves. She drew faces on the worms to make them cute. After the set up was complete she stood over me to make sure I colored the plate fully and even helped me do it! I figured I’d share her fun Preschool activity here since she was so passionate about it! I’m so glad she is loving school!

Supplies:

Steps:

1.) Cut out worms and leaves for the apples

2.) Poke holes in the plates for the worms push them through the apple and tape them down

3.) Tape the leave to the top

4.) Color the apple

5.) Write your name on the back!

I have an important question for you mama’s.Do you feel like now that your child is in preschool you aren’t getting to connect with them as much? This is a feeling I get sometimes! But by being proactive about your time together you can make the best of small quantities! I would totally recommend all the girl mom’s out there grab a copy of the Mother Daughter Activity Book! It is chalk full of mother daughter bonding activities as well as a mother daughter bullet journal to put all the skills your child has learned in preschool to use! Grab your copy here!

Thanks for stopping by to see our super cute apples preschool update!
