Blogging Success & life Update

So I’m sitting here freezing, waiting for my car to warm up. The snow is feeling around my car because it’s super windy here. My door is frozen shut when I tried to get in the car and I had to change very hard to get in. So, as far as our behind the same weather news goes our weather is kinda crappy. My college is actually going really well the semester. We are already a few weeks in and and I still have all A’s.
How far is my daughter is handling the transition from spending the break off with me to being at the babysitter’s more pretty well. One of the sad, moments of our week though, is that one of our dogs passed away from kidney failure. That was a very sad, hard loss. I have a series coming up talking about some of my our fur babies, and I’ve decided to leave him as part of it. So you all will get an introduction regardless.

As far as the blogs going that’s when I wanted to hop on and tell you guys about. I’m so excited because my blog views have been sky rocketing. I have a couple of tricks up my sleeve to let you guys in on, how to make your blog viewers and views increase as well.

Tailwind:

The first trick is Tailwind, I’m sure if you’ve been in the blogging community for very long you heard of it. As most of you know, at the beginning of this year one of my blogging goals was to join Tailwind! Well I did, and so far every pin I submit to the tailwind tribes gets at least several thousand impressions. That’s just the minimum. Over the last month I’ve seen the benefits of tailwind. I wanted to show them to you! If you haven’t linked up your Pinterest to tailwind, here’s my free gift to you…after your initial 100 free scheduled pins, with this link, you can get a full months worth of tailwind free! Or you could get $15 off of your annual membership!

Creating Daily Pinterest Content:

I never realized that creating daily content for Pinterest was really as easy as it is. To create my Pinterest Content I use the free Canva app. When Pinterest sends you your weekly review emails, they always encourage you to make daily content. And I was like “ain’t nobody got time for that.” But girl you actually do. So to create a new pin it takes about 1-2 minutes. 30 seconds if you already have your go to template set up. I use the camera app on my phone so I can create content in between my college classes. Instead of adding that pain to your actual blog page like I originally thought you had to do, you can upload it directly to Pinterest and add your link to your website. You can do this from the little plus sign at the bottom of your Pinterest app. it’s a great little tool that I didn’t realize existed for almost a first year I’ve been Blogging. The Pinterest algorithm prefers new content so by adding this new content in the form of a couple new pins each day you’re Pinterest views and traffic will increase by the thousand. As a result so will your blog views.

Group Boards:

I was able to join quite a few group board over the last month or so. Not only that but I was able to create three new group boards of my own. I did my research on some of the spinners that follow me on Pinterest. from them I was able to see which ones would bet fit into the group boards that I created. Then I simply invited them on Pinterest and almost all of them accepted to be colaboraters. This is another great way to grow your Pinterest which is the key to further growing your blog.

Pray:

Never underestimate the power of prayer. I was really unease about praying for my blogs success. For many months infact I just wouldn’t do it. Let me tell you though, God cares about everything we care about and every part of our lives. I sat down and prayed for my blog, I prayed about my content, and I almost immediately saw anwsers to my prayers. I did this before I found out about daily content, and before I got my own group boards!
