I feel like as I go into this Christmas break I am out of the loop of having full days off, day after day with my daughter. My work shuts down as well for about two weeks of the five week break…so it will be 14 solid days back to back with my girl. I don’t know about you Mama’s, but the thought of this upcoming Christmas break has me a little on edge. While I’m very much so looking forward to it, and all the quality time I get to spend with my girl. I really don’t know what to do with it.

So I decided to come up with a daily schedule of sorts. While I live just chilling at the house with no game plan at all, I really feel like I waist a lot of good quality time with my girl when I do that.

So our daily schedule(s) should definitely include some play, some hands on experiments/sensory activities, and some outting so we don’t loose our minds.

This semester it is sad for me to say but I’ve let my daughter watch a lot of TV. I’m always pretty carful about what she watches, and I had started letting her watch shows on the Disney channel. BUT I’m going to have to discontinue that because she has started to cat like some of the characters on the shows, and it’s not always nice. She has been talking back a lot, and she goes and pouts in her room all the time.

Fun filled outting on a low budget:

-Sonics drink runs during happy hour
-Cocoa and Christmas lights!
-Trips to the library
-Take a pet to the pet store
– Visit a shop, but just window shop, don’t even bring purse!!!!
