Best Books For Homeschool Moms If You Want A Life Break

Last Updated on May 1, 2022 by Brie

This was a book I read in my spare time, as if that’s a thing that exists for single moms between the three jobs o pursue as well as the college classes. Anyhow since it’s summer things had lightened up a bit so o looked up my favorite author…Julia Quinn. And I saw there was a book I had yet to read. With two free chappters on her website.
I settled in on the cute little sofa in our sunroom to read on a rainy afternoon. I had always wanted to be a romance novel writer in my youth, (and a blogger). And my book writing dreams have yet to come true. But that’s a story for another time. So I read through the first two chapters with my feet up on a comfy pillow as my little girl played with a some toys on the table beside me. With the pitter patter of rain on the sky light in the I was taken away into a world of colonial romance with a beautiful plot twist that appeared in just those chapters. I was compelled to buy the book to finish it.
Look for the first two chapters here:

The ebook was sold on Barnes and Noble for $5.99 when I bought it to read the rest.
It was a fantastic story of passionate live, a dream man who would stop at nothing to be with the love of his life. And as for the love of his life: she was a decietful scadalous lady, with the most innocent of intentions.
If you single Mama’s are missing the romance, well this was a great replacement, without the need for a baby sitter or the actual drama. I look forward to reading the next one in this series that comes out in NOVEMBER!
